What would you say is the best foreign language learning software/website/etcetera?
I'm specifically looking to learn how to speak French, and am unsure of what to use as to do that. Have any experiences with learning the language online or on the computer? What's best?
The Lady at Barnes and Noble told me she had first hand knowledge that "Living Language" series was a good one for French and that it was popular. We bought it for Spanish and our tutor reviewed it for us and said it was good for functional conversation- Its a dvd series and it has quizzes, you have to quick pause it or you'll get the answers before you're done. The series we bought was $25.00. Bonne Chance !
