How do you make a Feed show up in your MySpace BLOG?

(Asked this in MySpace too but it's really a problem with XML feeds into it)

I've got a problem. Work proxy's block both MySpace and Facebook. I COULD get around it but I like my job. Technically I can't use Firefox either so whereas at home I can use ScribeFire to write a blog and post it to MySpace, I can't do the same at work.

I've tried feedburner and the best it has to offer is to make a chicklet in MySpace but I could have done that myself... too many people SUBSCRIBE to the myspace blog already. They also have a once-a-day by e-mail service but seriously... SERIOUSLY?

It's a billion times easier to send a MySpace blog TO something, but how besides scribefire can I get my writing IN there? Anyone? I'm willing to learn any knowledge I lack about XML feeds.
