as a teaching method, what are the specifics of "learning styles adaptation"?

could someone in education please explain what this means? it is a potential interview question, and i have no idea what it means! also, collaborative teaching, does that mean teaching with groups?

thanks so much!

Different styles of learning and adapting to them are called differentiating your instruction. It means you have to adjust your teaching to the different styles of learners, whether they may be auditory, visual, or kinesthetic learners, your lesson plans should engage all of these aspects. Collaborative teaching is where two educators take responsibility for planning, teaching, and monitoring the success of all learners in a class. Hope this helps...
